TSP and TSP-embedded Carbide Insert
Our TSP products have high abrasive wear ratio，high thermal stability with competitive price in the market. It can resist highest temperature up to 1200 degree Celcius. Majority products’ abrasive ratio falls in between 80-120 thousands. It’s an ideal gauge protection material for petroleum & geological drilling bits and under-reamers.
Recently developed TSP-embedded carbide insert is an ideal gage protection part for steel body PDC bits. TSP-embedded insert is readily brazable and replaceable, with high property-to-cost ratio. Customerized TSP-embedded inserts are also available upon request
