Under HTHP with binder,diamond grains get together strongly, and form a uniform compact microstructure， this kind blanks have a high abrasive ratio, hardness and thermal conductivity.

Under HTHP with binder,diamond grains get together strongly, and form a uniform compact microstructure，this kind blanks have a high abrasive ratio, hardness and thermal conductivity.

According to different binders, here are two kinds blank for choosing, one is Cobalt and the other is Silicon. Coablt blnaks’casing temperature should be below 650 degree, have self-support and TC-supported types, which are suitable for making non-ferrous metal, stainless steel wire, and alloy drawing dies. Silicon binder blanks’ highest casing temperature up to 1200 degree, which are suitable for making compacting, iron, and high temperature drawing dies.
